Effective for hip pain

I use turmeric for my chronic hip joint problem that causes considerable pain. Previously, I relied on morphine and tramadol, but trying this was the best choice I made. I'd advise others with autoimmune issues to try it. The softgel is easy to swallow and effective for inflammation. Shopping at Iherb is always a pleasure, with fast delivery and excellent packaging.

I initially doubted the benefits of this product, questioning its value given it contained turmeric. However, I learned that curcumin is poorly absorbed from turmeric. I committed to this curcumin, which positively affected my joints; they stopped hurting and my mobility improved. Curcumin also bolstered my immune system, enabling me to avoid illness recently. Despite the cost, I’ve decided to use it periodically; I won’t compromise on my health.

There are hidden inflammations in the body, and these capsules are tasteless and of medium size. It’s advisable to take them with black pepper for better absorption. I take this product with pomegranate and pineapple juice, which I find particularly effective for arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. My excruciating RA pain diminishes significantly when I combine it with ibuprofen 800 mg for four days, after which I continue taking it daily. This supplement also has been beneficial against infections, as I was the only teacher at my school during the initial COVID period not to contract any illness while others did.

Great curcumin softgels! An excellent remedy for various ailments, with choleretic, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulating effects. I take it alongside boswellia for joint treatment. The pain in my knee joint has significantly decreased. I find this Now Foods remedy milder than Solgar Curcumin and would definitely recommend it.
